We have banners in many shapes and sizes. Distinguishing between two types of banners;

1. Roll banners or roll-up banners; these consist of a cassette with a spring system so that your print is automatically rolled up in the cassette
2. banners; these consist of an (aluminium) frame in which you manually clamp your print (the banner panel)

Our isySCREEN 5.1 belongs to the second category, the print and banner are transported separately and assembled on site in two minutes.

The advantage of these banners is, in addition to the favorable price, that the panels are very easily interchangeable. Do you have a new product or campaign? Click the profiles open, remove the old panel and put the new one back in. A child can do the laundry.

That is why this banner is also widely used in store branches, airports, gyms and other locations where many visitors come. With a new product or campaign, the head office sends a new print in a tube that the employees on location can place in the banner themselves. But also on exhibition stands, in entrances of companies and buildings and at conferences, these banners can often be seen.

This is how you build the isySCREEN 5.1 banner

• Remove the different parts from the tube
• Unroll the print, to which an aluminum profile is attached above and below, and place it on the floor
• Rotate the foot to which the lower aluminum profile is attached 90 degrees
• Assemble the 3-piece aluminum bar and place it in the base
• Now grab the aluminum profile at the top of the PCB
• Then slightly bend the aluminum rod and slide the clip on the rod into the recess of the top aluminum profile of the PCB

Printing the isySCREEN banners

For the printing of the iscySCREEN banner we can choose from different types of printing material. As standard, when used in small runs, we opt for a high-resolution print on polyester, finished with a scratch-resistant laminate.

Active deployment of the isySCREEN banner

For promotional use (large print runs), we can also use other materials that are more favorable in terms of price and/or have a different appearance. The desired durability, appearance, fire safety and price then determine the choice of printing material and printing technique.

Environment and fire safety

Our standard isySCREEN printed panels are made of fire retardant, B1 certified material. We use water-based inks for printing because they are safer and less harmful to the environment.
