This way you can easily and quickly build the isyPOP M1.1 Magnetic exhibition wall
You can build this magnetic pop-up wall quickly and easily. First, unfold the frame. It automatically clicks into place using the magnetic locks, so you're ready in a few seconds. After this you attach the magnetic bars vertically in the frame by magnetically "sticking" them against the square nodes. There are also small magnets in this, which also makes this very fast. CLICK-CLICK-READY!
Now you take the rolled up and printed magnetic tracks from the suitcase one by one, after which you roll them out and hang them up. It is best to start this in the middle of the frame.
You do this hanging by hanging the panel at the top with the clips in the frame, after which the magnets of the panel stick "automatically" against the magnetic bars in the frame. This is how you attach track-by-track, lastly the two side strips that run around to the back and are clicked onto the back of the frame.
Now all you have to do is attach the (optional) LED spots and plug in the plug and you are ready for the show!
How do we make the printing for the Magnetic isyPOP M1.1 exhibition wall?
Your print is perhaps the most crucial part of the M1.1 Magnetic exhibition wall. This ensures what impression your brand, product or company makes. We therefore pay a lot of attention to this. Because the print is divided (depending on the size chosen) over several panels (the magnetic tracks), its production requires experience and craftsmanship. We have already produced many thousands of magnetic tracks and we can say that we now know exactly what the best procedure and the best working method is.
We choose Duraplan plastic material as the basis because this material is the most "kink-resistant". This means that kinks, folds and damage occur much less quickly and your panels remain beautiful for longer, even with intensive use. Duraplan is also light-tight, which is important if the wall is against a light source or in front of a window. With other materials you will see that the frame, and especially the magnetic bars, will "see through" which looks ugly.
For the print, we choose a high-resolution printing technique on plastic. This layer comes on top of the Duraplan layer. The 3rd and last layer is a scratch-resistant laminate that gives the panel and the print even more protection. By heating the Duraplan plastic to approx. 80 degrees, the different layers adhere perfectly, resulting in a stable and beautiful end result.
The panels are then cut exactly to size by machine - with a laser-guided cutting machine - and provided with magnetic tape and suspension strips on the back.
Environment and fire safety
We print with water-based ink. These inks are much less harmful to the environment and hardly give off odor. Our Duraplan plastic is fire retardant according to the B1 fire safety standard. More and more event and exhibition locations are demanding that exhibitors only use fire-retardant materials for their stands and displays. Duraplan is PVC-free.
