Lightbox exhibition walls are hot. And for a reason. Thanks to the internal LED lighting, they bring your brand, product or company to life and attract the attention of visitors and potential customers.
Our isyLED 12.2 lightbox exhibition wall consists of lightweight plastic profiles in the color white. The profiles are 120mm wide. This is in contrast to our aluminum exhibition walls such as the Exhibition wall Lightbox aluminum 8.1 (80mm profiles) and the Exhibition wall Lightbox aluminum 6.1 (60mm profiles).
Small but powerful "wide-angle" power LEDs are integrated into these plastic profiles. These LEDs ensure that your print on canvas is beautifully evenly illuminated from the back.

How do you build the Lightbox exhibition wall plastic isyLED 12.2?
Building up, or actually setting up more, of this exhibition wall is very simple. In the supplied transport packaging, all parts have their own place and the parts are numbered. This makes building this lightbox exhibition wall child's play. You put the profiles together, fold out the feet, attach the horizontal stabilizer bar, plug in the plugs of the LED lighting and the frame is ready.
Now all you have to do is attach the print to the frame. To do this, press the plastic tendon of the fabric into the recesses of the profiles. It is best to start in the corners of the frame and then work towards the middle. When you have attached the print, do the same with the white backing cloth. This cloth provides extra reflection from the LEDs, so that the front print is illuminated even better.
How do we print your isyled 12.2 exhibition wall?
For this lightbox exhibition wall we make your print on a translucent polyester fabric. We finish this fabric with a plastic "string" that is sewn to the edges of the print. Because the fabric is slightly stretchy, it is easy to attach to the lightbox.
The fabric we use ensures maximum even illumination of the print. Because the fabric is printed with a sublimation technique, the ink penetrates deeply into the fibres. This ensures a beautiful and durable end result with clear images and sharp texts. The fabric can be transported and stored rolled or folded, without the risk of "breaking" the ink, which other printing techniques sometimes suffer from.
Environment and fire safety
We print with solvent-free inks because they are less harmful to the environment. Our fabrics also have a B1 fire safety standard, something that is requested by some exhibition locations.
