Description
Exhibition wall with tendon cloth isyWALL 8.1
Frames, exhibition walls and exhibition stands that are based on printed cloths with a tendon connection, so-called "tendon cloths" are very popular. They owe their success mainly to these properties:
- A modern, sleek look
- Easy to assemble
- Interchangeable cloths
- Competitively priced
Our isyWALL 8.1 exhibition walls also work with such tendon cloths. The frame of the isyWALL is the same as ours Lightbox exhibition wall 8.1. With the latter, however, the tendon cloths are illuminated from the inside by internal LED lighting. This is not the case with the isyWALL 8.1 tendon fabric frames. You can, however, place (LED) spots on the frames or exhibition walls to illuminate the print.
The frame of this system is made of anodized aluminum with a depth of 80mm. The couplings and connections are unique to the system. Thanks to its smart construction, you can assemble the isyWALL 8.1 on your own very easily and without tools.
All the advantages of the isyWALL tendon fabric frames and exhibition walls at a glance:
- Can be transported compactly in a sturdy carrying bag
- Quick and easy to assemble by one person
- No tools required
- Available in many sizes
- Top quality tendon cloths and prints (fire retardant and reusable)
- Can be used both single-sided and double-sided
- Frames can be linked and expanded to complete exhibition stands
- Competitively priced!
This is how you easily build your aluminum isyWALL 8.1 frame or exhibition wall
The isyWALL frames and exhibition walls are made in such a way that they are easy to build. You do not need tools for this.
All parts are packed well protected in the transport bag, which we supply as standard. The different profiles are color coded. This way you immediately know which part fits which part.
Start with the bottom of the frame, the part with the fold-out feet. Turn these feet out and place them on the floor. Click on all other parts from there. Finally, you attach the horizontal stabilizer bar (frames of 2 meters or wider also have a vertical stabilizer bar).
Once you have assembled the frame, it is time to attach the print - the tendon cloth. You do this by pressing the tendons sewn to the edges of the printed canvas into the grooves of the aluminum frame. This is easiest if you start in the corners and work your way to the center from there. Do you use the wall or the frame on both sides? Then also place a tendon cloth at the back. When the cloths are completely taut, your presentation wall, exhibition wall or exhibition stand is ready for use.
You can also place spotlights (LED spotlights, which can be ordered separately) on the wall so that your print is even more visible.
This is how we make the printed tendon cloths for your isyWALL frame system
To make prints for our isyWALL tendon fabric frames and exhibition walls, we use a fabric that does not let through light. This means that light from the back cannot "see through", and your brand, product or photo comes into its own. We print these cloths in a sublimation printing technique. At a high temperature, ink is evaporated in the fibers of the fabric. After cooling, this creates a printed canvas that not only looks super nice, but is also resistant to folding, rolling up and rebuilding and breaking down again and again. Ideal for exhibition walls, exhibition stands and promotional displays.
Environment and fire safety
The inks we use for this special technique are water-based inks. As a result, they do not "stink" and are less harmful to people and the environment. The fabric we use is fire retardant.
