Pop-up exhibition walls are not new. We have been producing and selling different types of pop-up exhibition walls for decades, and they are still very popular among marketers, among others.
Their secret? Ease of use in combination with a high appearance. As a result, brands, products and companies are brought to the attention of visitors simply, effectively and with a great visual impact. Our pop-up exhibition walls can therefore often be admired at trade fairs, conferences, promotions, brand activations and events.

Our classic pop-up exhibition wall S1.1 has been around for a long time. And although several technical improvements have been made over time, the basic principle is still the same.
This classic exhibition wall is super user-friendly and locks itself automatically using magnetic locks.

Unlike, for example, our M1.1 exhibition walls, this pop-up frame works with 3-part magnetic rails instead of separate magnetic bars, so you have fewer loose parts. With a height of 239cm you are always sure that your brand, logo, text or product stands out and is seen.

This is how you build the Classic pop-up exhibition wall isyPOP S1.1

You can build this pop-up wall very quickly and easily. First of all, unfold the aluminum frame by pressing the red button points together. As a result, the frame unfolds and locks itself by means of the magnetic locks. Now you put the 3-piece magnetic rails together and slide them vertically everywhere on the frame (see also our product video). Do you use LED spots on your exhibition wall? Then you attach it to magnetic rails. The easiest way to do this is to fold the top part of the rail forward, slide the LED spot onto the rail and click the rail back into place. By doing it this way (see video) you don't need stairs or a chair to reach it.

Now that the frame is in place, roll out the magnetic tracks. You hang these strips one-by-one using the hanging strips at the top. It's best to start at one of the center lanes and work your way out to the sides. The magnetic tracks then automatically stick magnetically to the frame in the correct position, after which an almost seamless visual is created. Finally, attach the side strips.
Now all you have to do is plug in the plug and your exhibition wall is ready for the show! An exhibition wall with impact to attract the attention of your visitors and make them aware of your brand or product.

How do we make the printing for the isyPOP S1.1 exhibition wall?

The frame and system of this pop-up exhibition wall is eventually no longer visible. Only the print with your print on it is what visitors see. This print is therefore your most important weapon to attract attention, and to inform and convince visitors. Of course we pay a lot of attention to your print. In the past 20 years many thousands of prints and magnetic panels have been produced for these and other pop-up walls. We therefore know exactly which materials, printing techniques and finish yield the best end result.

We have chosen Duraplan plastic as the basis for our pop-up exhibition walls. This material has the best resistance to folding and kinking and is easy to hang and roll up. The material is also light-tight, so that the magnetic rails and the frame never shine through, even if the exhibition wall is in front of a window or light source, for example. Duraplan is PVC-free.
The print layer is placed on this Duraplan plastic. We work with the most modern inkjet machines that print in the highest resolution. This makes texts and images colorful and razor-sharp.

As a final layer, we apply a scratch-resistant (anti-scratch) laminate. This ensures that your print cannot be damaged and that it remains beautiful even with intensive use. This laminate also blocks a large part of UV light so that your prints hardly discolour.

By processing the print, the Duraplan and the laminate under a high temperature (approx. 80 degrees), the different layers adhere perfectly and a very stable panel is created.
As a final step, we cut the panels very precisely to size with a laser-controlled cutting machine. This ensures a beautiful and almost seamless end result. Then we attach the suspension strips and the magnetic tape to the back of the panel.

Environment and fire safety

We only use water-based inks to print these pop-up walls. These are much less harmful to the environment. Our Duraplan is PVC-free and fire-retardant according to the B1 standard, something that is increasingly being paid attention to by event locations
