This is how you build the indoor promotional flag
First place the foot with the metal sleeve attached. Now assemble the 2-piece rod and feed it through the "tunnel" of the printed fabric. Then secure the flag with the straps sewn to the flag. Now place the rod with the flag in the metal sleeve of the foot and voilà, done!
